Restrict HGV Overtaking on Motorways
Restrict all HGV's to the inside lane on motorways between 6.00 am and 10.00 pm to avoid the imposition of the dangerous "rolling road block" currently created by vehicles taking many miles to ease past each other with a speed differential of less than 1 mph.
