Ban balloon manufacture/sale and make mass balloon releases a criminal offence,
Balloons do not go to heaven, when they land the consequences are deadly for wildlife, 70% of the time they end up in oceans. Animals often mistake them for food, leading to stomach and intestinal blockages and eventual starvation.
