Abolish death duty on money bequeathed to offspring when used for house purchase

Petition Details

At present offspring can only inherit the house of the deceased for it to be zero rated, but they may not be able to afford to run it and wish to buy a smaller property. This would also go some way to helping the younger generation buy their own home which at present could be out of their reach
