To ban in all areas of the British Isles the mass releasing of balloons.
Even biodegradable balloons take over 4 yrs to degrade. What goes up must come down.
With the earth over 70% water. Balloons are killing masses of sea life along with plastic.
America has already banned mass ballon releases in many city’s and states.
