Repeal the Law on ‘Footballs’ Kicked into Gardens being given back. Damage
At this time the Law states Footballs must be given back, this is Stupid as they just do the same Time Again, Plants Get Snapped Off Plus Solar Lights and Ornaments Damaged, some break the 161 Highways by being a Nuisance on the Highways, Others from Joining Properties where Common Sense should stop
We like many others over the Country have these issues, Properties have a right to live Without Issues but are not allowed to due to this Stupid Law, it does not effect them or their Parents as some do Not like a Pretty Garden these days.
Even the Police can not take the Ball from them for Persistent Balls into Gardens.
