Make 3rd party ticket sales for NFL London series Illegal, same as football.

With the increasing demand for tickets for the NFL international series in London, it is becoming more difficult for real fans to obtain tickets at cost. 3rd party sellers are buying up tickets and reselling for multiple times face value. This has to stop as real fans are missing out on tickets.
