Reintroduce Trams in Norwich City Centre to combat air pollution.
Today the BBC reported on Norwich being ranked as one of the worst cities in the UK for air pollution.
I believe that this is caused by diesel buses stuck in traffic.
To combat this, Trams could be re-introduced to central Norwich. Electricity generated by solar panels could power them.

Norwich used to have a thriving Tram network but this was abolished to make way for cars and buses. Supporting article:
