Use of the Middle Lane on Motorways

Additional Information

Heavy trucks are blocking the middle lane of our motorways when they try and overtake another truck. This is causing congestion and frustration for all other motorway users.

I would like the Government to consder banning all heavy trucks over 9 tons from the middle lane of three lane motorways.
