Theft of metals and destruction of Infrastucture
The UK Infrastructure is under attack from unscrupulous metal thieves, with no respect for the UK Infrastructure or UK Heritage.
The punishment for damaging infrastructure including telephone, railway, Churches, Monuments, should be based on the full cost of reinstatement, and inconvenience cost to the public. Not just the intrinsic value of the scrap metals stolen.
