Give ex Op BANNER soldiers the same immunity as was given to IRA terrorists
For the last few years ex servicemen have been charged by the PSNI for doing thier duty for the country whilst on Operation BANNER in Northern Ireland. Yet the IRA terrorists that they were fighting have been given immunity from all prosicutions under the Good Friday agreement soldiers were not
