Adoption Allowance for the self-employed

Introduce a statutory 'adoption allowance' for the self employed in-line with the current 'maternity allowance'.

As a self employed newly adoptive mother I'm not entitled to an allowance from the government. Had I conceived naturally I would be able to claim maternity allowance.
