Petition Action

Leave the EU altogether

Petition Details

On June 23 2016 the British people voted to Leave the EU.
There were only two choices on the ballot paper.
They were a vote to Remain or a vote to Leave.
We knew what we were voting for.
We voted to leave the EU altogether.
The Government must deliver the will of the people.

Additional Information

When we voted Leave we voted to cut all ties with the EU.
We call upon the Government to respect the democratic will of the people.
Leave the EU altogether.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by "leave the EU altogether".

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. If you want the UK to leave the single market and customs union, you may wish to sign this petition instead: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/213782
