Fine people over the age of 18 years for littering beaches in Bournemouth
Beaches in Dorset are left looking like a rubbish tip when the sun is out. This has a huge impact on the environment and the sea creatures. I believe the only way to stop this is with on the spot penalties.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for fining people. In any case, it's already possible for people littering to be fined, so we're not sure what additional action you'd like to see.
