Ban all plastics and other non-recyclables from Christmas Crackers
The items in Christmas Crackers are often single use. The plastic "toys" contained in cheaper Christmas Crackers are often of inferior quality, non-functional and often thrown away on the same day they are produced. Minimum standards for Christmas Crackers should be defined to reduce waste.
