Petition Action

Corporate CEO's to Face Prosecution for Failure through Abuse of Position.

Additional Information

With the offensively excessive payments and bonuses now in place for our top CEO's there should operate a provision to Claw Back Part of Salaries, Bonuses, Golden Handshakes, and Company Pension contributions if gross errors or misconduct is proven against a CEO in the FTSE top 200,
Examples of such errors were evident following the 2008 Banking crisis that saw discharged CEO's leaving office with huge and offensively excessive financial packages,
A Maximum salary also needs to be introduced for CEO's to bring these high earners back in-line with other Market Sectors.
