Make it a criminal offence to carry pillion passengers on a moped.

Petition Details

Let's put a stop to rising criminal offences including acid attacks, mobile phone theft, handbag theft and other crimes aided by mopeds which are far easier to carry out when carrying pillion passengers. Motorbikes over 50cc to be exempt.
