Make it compulsory to get a licence to own an animal.

Petition Details

This is a petition to make anybody who wants to own any animal have a licence. There is so much animal abuse that goes on and this is a step in the right direction to start protecting innocent creatures. With a view to the licence fee being used to police animal cruelty at street level.

Additional Information

The licence would ideally be linked with an animal abusers register that is also being petitioned for. Please remember that if nobody speaks up, nothing will change, and animals do not have a voice. We are their voice and we have to be heard. Thankyou.
