Leave.EU overspent. Violating the COGP. We demand the referendum is annulled.
The Venice Commission calls for "in the event of a failure to abide by the statutory requirements, for instance, if the cap on spending is exceeded by a significant margin, the vote must be annulled."

It has been found that Be.Leave has overspent on an industrial scale. This has subjected what was meant to be a democratic process to no longer meet the requirements of a fair and democratic procedure. Therefore, we urge the government to explain why such a referendum should still be respected when it severely broke the democratic law.
