An Independent Government led regulatory body to the british music industry.
Music Artists contribute hundreds of thousands of pounds to the british economy in terms of taxes etc however there is no regulatory body that protects them there is no union
Artists get abused. having money stolen and forced to sign contracts, and NDA's under Duress, Every other talent has a regulatory body that holds people accountable, however, within the music industry, the abuses of power are allowed to continue which goes against peoples human rights. And the government have a duty to hold people accountable, as we as artists contribute so much to the British economy.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular we're not sure what you would like such a body to regulate.
In any case, the establishment of a trade union isn't the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
