Make online broadband deals more transparent and simple( exact price and speed)
Broadband deals are too complecated !
Broadband price increase every year is not advertised when you buy online.
Speed is advertised as "Up to" and small print is saying "fair usage policy" so it is misleading consumer and from that advertisement you cannot really say what service you will get.
PlusNet advertising 76mbps internet in my area but online speed calculator suggests that max speed I can get is 47mbps.
"Fair usage" limits you speed when it is busy so it is not 76mbps when it is busy.
Virgin Media price went up by £8 in 18 months.
