Change the rate of pay depending on age groups
I have seen rate of pay charts showing workers hourly rates and they differ on age when people are doing the same job if not more than the older generation who are getting paid more.

There are different rates for National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage depending on how old someone is. You can find out more here: www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates
You could ask for the legal minimum wage to be the same for everyone, regardless of age, if that's what you'd like to happen.
