Form an agency to be known as the Anti seagull league to hunt and kill seagulls.
For to long seagulls have terrorised citizens of this nation. For to long have holiday makers been forced to cower in fear as they enjoy their chips. For to long have we had to barricade ourselves indoors to enjoy our meals. It is time to fight back and create the Anti seagull league
