Off-peak truck licensing
A bill to introduce a special (cheaper) licence for trucks that only allows them to operate between the hours of 18.00 and 06.00 the following day. Objective being to reduce traffic congestion during peak times and also offer truck operators some relief from ever-increasing costs.
