English First Minister
A call for England to have its own first minister recognized as Sir Michael Black-Feather, being given the same rights and privileges as afford the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland first ministers. The English first minster, whom will put England and its people points of view first, and that the English people have solely rights to vote on matters that concern England and its people only, and that no other country or nation has such rights to vote on English affairs
