Pass a Law to remove any Vehicles from the Highways which Create Excess Noise.
Today more and more Vehicles have Exhausts changed to Create more Noise, this creates Noise in Quiet Roads, it is an Offence to make any Vehicles louder than first produced, But the Police are Not Trained to deal with it, it is known that Youths Change Exhausts over and back at the Mot stage, Wrong.
It is Stupid to have a Law which Never gets enforced, they need to stop the Loophole on this and Seal the system to Prevent Abuse, Some Areas it’s a Pain in the Neck as many know, we have had these issues at the Retail Park with many Complaints from the Elderly.
Let’s make things Legal again with an Enforcement System.
