Cap in and out of court settlements re health provision procurement to £50k
Virgin Care set a precedent when they agreed an out of court settlement of £1.565M when they DIDN'T win the £82M Surrey Child Health Services contract in 2017.
Paying out this public money only punishes patients. Lets cap it for the greater good of the NHS!
