Stop the building of retirement apartments on Kenn Rd Clevedon !
McCarthy and Stone wants to develop apartments for people aged over 70 next to Tesco in Kenn Road.
The area currently houses vacant industrial units, but these would be demolished to make way for the 62-apartment development.
We As a community would rather see youth facilities or affordable housing built on this patch of land ...
Clevedon already has a mass of Retirement homes and we need something for a younger generation now ...
