Make the BBC tv licence non - compulsory
Seen as the bbc runs on the people's corporation money, we should have options,
Citizens should have a choice wether to receive the bbc or not,
as some citizens feel we our made to pay £150.50 a year for a service we don't want.
So the bbc should be made non-compulsory
