Spend this Government's £60 Billion "Brexit Resilience Fund" on the NHS Instead.
In last Year's Budget, the Chancellor announced that he would 'Put Aside' a total of £60 Billion, over the next 5 yrs, in case 'brexit' should cause any economic damage.
Therefore, if brexit does NOT cause any economic damage, or we 'Remain', after all, that Money should go to the NHS, instead.
This Petition does not request that we Remain in the EU, simply that, if the Economic impact of Brexit is less than anticipated, or if we as a Nation should change our minds, and remain in the EU, then either any remaining Money (after 5yrs) or the Entire amount, should be added to the existing NHS Budget.
If we can find this Money for brexit, and it's not needed, then we can give it to the NHS, instead
