Condemn killings by the Indian government
On 23rd May 2018, Indian and local Tamil Nadu government forces killed 13 unarmed civilians protesting against environmental disaster created by Sterlite copper in Tuticorin, TN owned by Vedanta resources plc.
The UK Government must condemn this human rights violation and urge the India Government to protect human rights, including people’s right to protest.
