No water company profits until the 3 billion litres of leakage is stopped.
3 billion litres of clean water is wasted everyday while water companies still make a nice profit.
Water is a vital national resource and should not be allowed to leak away. Water companies should be forced to cut leakage to a minimum to help sustain our future water requirements.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Ofwat, the water industry regulator, already imposes penalties on water companies which fail to meet their commitments to reduce leakage. You can find out more here:

You could start a new petition asking the government to give Ofwat further powers to combat leakage, if that's what you want to happen.
