To get the train service back to a reliable service.
Thameslink and Great Northen trains have introduced a new time timetable which increases the amount of train services, however they did not have enough rolling stock or drivers to provide this. We would like to get a reliable service back in operation or some sort of compensation above delay repay!
Advertising all over the stations and internet about railplan 2020

We should be entitled to claim more than the pennies delay repay offer you, £500 a month ticket and no trains ! Feel like I’ve been ripped off
