Full compensation for all Northern and GTR passengers.
Over the last three weeks, Northern and GTR passengers have experienced shocking and shambolic services with last minute cancellations, skipped services, delays and emergency timetables with further cancellations and delays.
Compensation should be as follows:
Season ticket holders - extended expiry date to reflect delay in new timetable becoming duly live. I.E GTR customers 5 months extension to reflect May - September delay.
Students immediate full refund on their tickets. Until end of school year.
Monthly / weekly tickets - free renewal to reflect timetable delay.
Day tickets - full refund when any train is delayed or cancelled.
This is on top of the delay repay system.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
The Government has already announced that a compensation scheme will be introduced, funded by the rail industry. The Secretary of State for Transport said that he believed that the scheme should offer "similar entitlements to last year’s Southern passenger compensation scheme".
