Introduce Mindfulness to the National Curriculum.
Our younger generation’s mental health is paramount for their future well being.
By placing mindfulness onto the national curriculum our younger generations would have a better understanding of how the mind works and how to keep the mind in a healthy state.
Mental health problems in children, include depression, anxiety and stress, it is often a direct response to what is happening in their lives.
Children who experience a mental health problem and do not get the sufficient help will carry this on into adulthood.
The emotional wellbeing of children is just as important as their physical health. Good mental health allows children to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at them and grow into well-rounded, healthy adults.
