Local Authority transfer planning powers in specific cases

Additional Information

A local authority, which receives or payments in cash or kind from commercial organisations should by law be required to hand over the planning application submitted by that commercial organisation to be processed by a different authority and that the sale of land originally given by benefactors for the benefit of the people shall also require the local authority to submit all planning considerations to the different, independent and unrelated authority for processing
