Stop the sale of mopeds or motor bikes to under 25s and make it law to secure it
All these thefts of bikes and criminal stuff these use them for. All bikes should be for over 25s to purchase and owners of all bikes should be made by law to have 3 locks on it at any time whilst it's stationary....
To many crimes on these.
Muggings robberies theft....
It's dangerous.. it needs sorting urgently...
