This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

In any case, the EU process of decision making is a matter for the EU, not the UK Government or Parliament. You could start a new petition about this issue with the European Parliament, which has its own petitions system:

http://www.europarl.europa.eu/atyourservice/en/20150201PVL00037/Petitions

You could also start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
