Reverse the decision to award Network Rail’s Mark Carne a CBE.
Mark Carne of Networkrail has presided over ongoing national rail chaos disrupting passengers lives, threatening livelihoods and impacting negatively on local and national economies. His failure in leadership should not be rewarded with a CBE.
