Light Aircraft to have Engine Silencers Fitted

Additional Information

Light aircraft including powered gliders cause an inordinate amount of noise that is a nuisance and infringement of public privacy. A law needs to be passed to enforce the fitting of silencers to reduce the intrusion that these ludicrously loud aircraft impose on the general public.
