Mp's should be liable to random breath testing for excessive alcohol.
You can't drive a car whilst drunk. So why should MP's 'drive' the country when drunk. They have many millions of pedestrians to look out for.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
If you'd like there to be a rule against MPs voting in the House of Commons after they've consumed a certain amount of alcohol, you could start a new petition asking for that.
