To stop companies selling debts to debt collection companies

Petition Details

Want it so companies eg mobile phone companies can’t sell a debt on to debt companies who then add extortionate charges and use heavy handed tactics. The contract is between the company and the person who takes out the contract, making that contract a legal document.
