Innovative Martial Arts Academy for children in inner city areas of London.
Martial Arts a vehicle to teach self-discipline. Project identified potential benefits within the community through participation. Project aimed to highlight the tangible and intangible benefits on an indivdual level & segmented group.
Benefits to students , self regulation, self discipline, improved academic perfomance, tackling obesity, encouraging courtesy, integrity, perservarance, self control and idomitable spirit.
