Prevent Horses from being ridden on roads to protect both riders and horses

Petition Details

It's clear that the speed differential between vehicles and horses being ridden on roads poses a risk to both the horse and rider. Even at safe speeds this can pose a risk.Its now time to consider the proper use of our roads in a modern transportation system.

Additional Information

The horse has no say in the matter of being exposed to the danger of being ridden on a road with cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles.
