Do not change stance on cluster bombs
Britain should not support the US lead attempt in Geneva to effectively re-legalise most cluster bombs, which cause untold suffering to innocent civilians. The government should maintain it's support for the total ban on cluster bombs, and uphold the existing ban in Geneva next week.
