Petition Details

MP Sir Christopher Chope has blocked a private members bill in the Commons that was seeking to make upskirting a criminal offence. He was the sole objector.
Upskirting is the despicable action of taking a photograph up a person's skirt without their consent or knowledge and includes sharing this.
