Support an innovative Martial Arts Academy for children in London.
Martial Arts a vehicle to teach self-discipline. The project identified potential benefits within the community through participation. The project aimed to highlight the tangible and intangible benefits on an individual level & segmented group.
Benefits to students, self-regulation, self-discipline, improved academic performance, tackling obesity, encouraging courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit (Meade TKD 2012). CUIDAR (2004) Stevenson Lee et al (1990) Woodwards (2009).
