Ask the US government to end their policy of removing children of asylum seekers
The Trump administration is keen to reduce immigration to the US. As part of its efforts to discourage this they are prosecuting all 'illegal immigrants' to the US, including those simply seeking asylum. The government claims that prosecuting the parents then requires them to remove their children.
Since Oct 17 many children have been removed with no system to return them. From 19/4/18-31/5/18 the "zero tolerance" approach to prosecute all illegal migrants resulted in removing 2,000 children. 'Illegal migrants' includes many asylum seekers due to the US closing border crossings and/or refusing to document arrivals.
