Sir Christopher Chope has once again voted against a law that if passed would help protect our society, based upon his own personal view rather than what is good for the people of the UK.

Additional Information

Sir Christopher Chope has a history of blocking or objecting to proposals based upon his own personal views, rather then what is the for the good of the people. As an MP, his primary obligation is to do what is right for the people of the UK. Some examples include

- Blocking the new law to make it illegal to take photo's up a skirt
- Objecting the pardon on Alan Turning
- Objecting to Hillsborough debate
- Proposed abolishing minimum wage
- Voted against same sex marriage
