Force Sir Christopher Chope to either resign or become an independent MP
Following Sir Christopher Chope's objection to making upskirting illegal and punishable by a prison sentence, he should have the whip withdrawn and either sit as an independent or be forced to resign as a Member of Parliament for Christchurch.

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for MPs and Cabinet Ministers to be sacked or resign.
The decision to withdraw the whip would be one for political parties and not the UK Government or Parliament as a whole.
