Change the way police complaints are handled
Parliament need to change the way Police complaints are handled. Police have a duty to investigate ALL complaints however they do NOT. Parliament need to reinforce and ensure that all complaints are handled correctly, in the correct time frame and dealt with appropriately with the correct punishment
